 FOREST LODGE HOTEL in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire - Where I was was fortunate and priviledged to have spent New Years Eve with an really amazing group of people. I performed the Neil Diamond Tribute and had a really warm and responsive audience. It was a fantastic evening which was continued with music from the great DJ DENNIS www.singmagic.co.uk . If you ever require the services of a really good DJ, Dennis is your man, Fab music and great Sound and Lights. ( RE-BOOKED AT THIS VENUE FOR NEW YEARS EVE 2007)
It’s a new year, and I hope everyone has an even better year in 2007 than 2006. All the best for the next 12 months.
My Music (10th June 2007)
I am finally getting my original music together and will be constructing a new site for it. There will also be a MySpace site to back it up as well. The way I write has a Country-Rock-Blues feel and will feature some of my favourite original songs. I’ll let everyone know as soon as it’s up ‘n runnin’
Walmley Golf Club
I recently performed at the Walmley Golf Club, Sutton Coldfield and what a great night it was. The members were really appreciative and gave me a fantastic reception. Thanks to all who were dancing and enjoying themselves until the wee hours. Many thanks to the Captain who was such a great host. The Club was an amazing venue and the night was one of the highlights of this year.
North Yorkshire, near Thirsk (August 2007)
Sunday 19th August, a bit of a cool breeze, rain. The M1 ground to a halt around Junction 28. On the way to Perform Neil Diamond Tribute for a Party near Thirsk hosted by Andy Sawles. Setting up outside I certainly had misgivings about the weather, but ignoring the drizzle and cold wind blowing, the crowd gave me a brilliant reception and we all had a really great time. (You guys were MAGIC!!!) It was fantastic to be in my home County again and it was definately an unforgettable experience. A cold, wet, windy and grey day with a hot, glowing and responsive audience. Many thanks to you all for everything, and a special thanks to Andy for inviting me and making me feel so at home. Thanks Guys!!!
